Delivery
SWITZERLAND
All our parcels are delivered by Swiss Post, as a priority.
- Light shipments up to 250 grams for products such as our flowers are delivered free of charge from 50.-
- A contribution to the shipping costs of 2.- is required for parcels below 50.-
- In case of package: volume and weight greater than 250gr., we ask for a contribution to the shipping costs of 7.-. These will be notified to you in the shopping cart during checkout.
Shipments are made in a white envelope or cardboard package, without visible marks.
If you wish, you can receive your parcel by registered mail (against signature), for an additional fee. If you are not at home for the delivery, you will have to go to the post office the next day to pick it up.
Our products are delivered from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), to the delivery address indicated when ordering. This cannot be changed after ordering. If the address is not correct, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders are processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends) for all orders placed before 4pm. Orders are only validated when payment has been accepted. For orders with advance payment option, the order is sent on the day we receive the money.
If, however, one of the products is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to warn you. You can cancel the order if you wish and be refunded in full.
We do our best to meet the announced delivery times. However, the fixed delivery date is not mandatory. The cancellation of the order or a delay due to the post office or weekends / holidays, or any other cause, do not give right to any compensation, or penalty of delay.
In case of special package, we reserve the right to request a contribution to the shipping costs. These will be notified to you in the shopping cart during checkout.
OUTSIDE OF SWITZERLAND
In addition to delivery notes for Switzerland, for any order outside Switzerland, you must be aware of the law regarding CBD products in your country. We refer to Swiss CBD regulations, and Nine Worlds accepts no responsibility for late delivery, undelivered, blocked/confiscated by customs or any fine in the destination country.
Although sent in neutral boxes and vacuum, we can not guarantee the receipt of your package
The sending options are as follows:
Economic courier: 9 CHF
The delivery time is usually between 7 to 14 working days.
(may take an additional 1-2 weeks)
Priority without signature: 13 CHF
The delivery time is usually between 3 to 8 working days.
(may take an additional 1-2 weeks)
Priority with signature + tracking number: 19 CHF
The delivery time is usually between 3 to 8 working days.
(may take an additional 1-2 weeks)
Vacuum packaging: All packages are sent in vacuum packaging that allows more discretion, but does not guarantee that the package will reach its destination in 100% of cases.
Returns and Refunds
Only unopened and completely sealed products can be returned, within 14 days, accompanied by proof of order on our website.
The refund will be made to you as soon as we have made sure of the good condition of your return.
The return is by mail, at your expense. Please indicate your bank account if applicable.
Damaged package
If the package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, we will try to replace it.
